To make a reservation as soon as possible and in advance, to have the confirmation you will have a seat available (as reservations may be full or the boat reserved).
To check hereafter information concerning boarding, immigration formalities and Contract of Carriage before to make reservation.
When your make reservation, to let us know you phone number (mobile phone) and an email address where we can contact before or during your trip, to be able to inform you if there is an important change in your planned trip.
To print your booking and have your booking document for the check-in.
When you make online booking in our website, we'll request information (ports, date and schedule) to be able to make reservation and give you a booking number.
If you are already registered, please type your login and password to access your private section. If you are not registered (means you didn't make reservation in our website before), please register with a login and password (choosen by you), and fill the form with all requested information.
You'll get then 20 minutes to confim your payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). After payment, a registration confirmation message will be sent to your email address. If you don't pay in the requested delay, the reservation will be cancelled. If you have some problem to make online reservation, or if you want to confirm a cancelled reservation, please contact us by phone.
It is also possible to make the reservation with a complete information by phone at + (590) 87 10 68 (from USA, dial: 011 590 590 87 10 68), or directly in our sales offices in St Martin & St Barths.
IN ST BARTHS
• Voyager - Gustavia Harbor, ferry dock :
Departures and arrivals are located in Port of Gustavia (taxis are ealiny avalable during the day) with parking close to the port.
Please inform our check-in (in St Martin) if you you need a taxi in St Barths in the evening.
IN ST MARTIN
• Voyager - Marigot, ferry terminal (Waterfront) :
Departures and arrivals are located at Marigot Waterfront, at only 15 minutes by taxi (easily available at the international Juliana airportor at Marigot Port). Parking is close to the port.
• Voyager - Oyster Pond, Captain Oliver's Marina :
Departures and arrivals are located at the Captain Oliver's marina (about 25 minutes by taxi, easily available at Juliana airport). Parking is close to the port. If you need a taxi at arrival of your trip from St Barths To Oyster Pond, you should ask our agent at the check-in (in St Barths) to organize it.
Check-in begins one hour prior to departure.
Check-in ends 15 minutes before departure.
Reservations guaranted until 15 minutes before departure after which time they can be refused. All passengers must show their reservations and passport at our check-in before boarding, to get their boarding pass. Try to arrive in advance, it will help us to leave on time!.
Visa, & Mastercard are accepted for payment, only in Euros (without surcharge!).
All passengers requiring some assistance must inform Voyager on reservation (to get an agreement) and upon arrival in the port.

Unaccompanied Children
Disabled persons or persons with restricted mobility
Pregnant woman (from 6 months)
Any passenger requiring some assistance
Voyager recommends to all passengers requiring some assistance, to make sure before departure they are able to make the trip. Even in the cas of agreement by Voyager, The passenger requiring assistance keeps responsible in case of problem during the trip.

Pets are welcome on board after agreement by Voyager. Dog breeds classified according to the relevant laws and regulations as dangerous are not allowed on board.
In specific cases the onboard personnel may impose certain restrictions (leash or muzzle or box). Laws and regulations may require a valid vaccination and health to be checked before departure by the passenger and Voyager cannot be responsible for such a case.

Passengers are allowed to take 2 luggages on board free of charge. The luggage which may contain personal belongings of the passenger can be carried in suitcases, boxes or similar containers which are not bulky. Maximum weight is 30 kg and their measurements should not exceed the following: 100 cm in height, 50 cm in length and 50 cm in depth. The passenger is responsible for taking his own luggage to his cabin. It is not recommended to keep valuable or fragile items in your luggage.
In the event of theft or damage the shipping company does not take responsibility for any such items.
The shipping company does not assume responsibility regarding carry-on luggage that remain in the custody of the passenger, even when placed in areas designated for that purpose.
For your security, some items are strictly prohibited on board like :
- Firearms, fireworks, firecrackers, signal flares, cap or toy guns, firelighters, tear gas, etc…
- Some products are subject to regulation or prohibited
- Fresh or frozen food

At port or on board, checking identities and/or ticket can be made at any time. You have to keep with you identity card or passport, evidence for special fare. Passengers without necessary documentation, without valid tickets, or not respecting laws and regulations can be not accepted abouard.
Upon arrival in St Barths, there is an immigration control :
– E. U. citizens must present a national ID card or passport.
– Citizens of other nations (US and Canadians included) are required to present a passport. A visa for the French Caribbean may be required for a few nationalities. Contact Voyager before reservation if in doubt.
As there is no insurance in our fares, please make sure you get before departure all insurance (for delayed , cancelled or changed departures, , responsability, luggage, etc…) you may need.

Cancellation policy :
– If the cancellation is received by our company a minimum of 24 hours before departure, you will get a 50% refund.
– If the cancellation is not received a minimum of 24 hours before departure, or if the boarding pass had been galready given to the passenger, there is no refund.

While on board, relax under on our sun or shade decks, enjoy complimentary drinks served by our professional, friendly crew.
you can move aboard to an upper outside deck where you can admire the view, and a main deck, with protected saloon.
For your convenience, several restrooms are available on board.
Please listen and respect instructions of the crew.
